Yes, checked retention offer and got "Offer - 25k points or $250 for $3k spend " . Both of them are not great given my use of this card. I will mostly need to transfer points to some airlines before I close. I will try to recheck on retention offer again on call.

How can I use hotel or air credits? Can I prepay for hotel/airline with future reservations? what happens if I book hotel and cancel before I checkin the hotel?
