Finally made it to Den. I can see why everyone likes it, but it's clearly popular because of the ometenashi. Food was good, but not mind-blowing and there's definitely a hype factor. If one is intent on actually eating the very best food in Tokyo, I'd argue there are hundreds of better options which are much easier to book.
