Not that long ago (even prior to COVID), you could find $600-$700 one-way P fare fairly easily; even at times matching B6 sales rate of $400. Good times!

OP, I agree with your approach. I do easily 40 to 50 flights (or more) a year on this route, and the best schedule/fare wins, regardless of the carrier.
