Always, and I mean ALWAYS refuse this BS "service fee."
The other London Hyatts are starting to do this too....especially the Scotlard Yard property which debits your card in ADVANCE if you are on a prepaid rate withOUT asking you, despite it NOT being in the overall final total in the confirmation email. In my case I needed to have something like 20 GBP refunded to my credit card.
It's sneaky and dishonest and will put people off booking these hotels.
