According to YQR on Facebook (but not a release from WestJet?), YQR-MSP will commence year-round, daily service in April.

The flights are in the GDS, details at launch are:
YQR-MSP 08:15-11:16 DH4
MSP-YQR 13:15-14:36 DH4
2 hours in a DH4 isn't ideal, but beggars can't be choosers.

As far as I can see, YXE-MSP will continue with 3x weekly 73W flights.
