Yes. You tell them exactly that. I bought some cards a couple of days ago to see if I could streamline the process. I registered the cards and then called and told the rep l want an exception for Wal-Mart. She put it on both cards and said wait an HR. I waited longer, but it worked. Today l tried that, but, this rep said try the card first. It probably won't work, but, l will call again to get the exception, before l try to swipe the card.
