So my CSR renewal is coming up and I am not 100% sure I will keep it or switch to something else. However, I want to use up a bit of my travel credit and the rest my UR points to book a refundable hotel for early 2024. In case I decide to cancel the card next month and say there is some issue with my hotel that requires me to cancel (AFTER I have already cancelled my CSR) what exactly happens to my UR points and travel credit? How is this refunded and at what redemption rate? I am assuming they will just send me a check for the total amount? Or am I mistaken? This isn't entirely clear.

I do not anticipate cancelling the hotel but just wanted to verify what the outcome would be if I am in that situation.
