Z1 is called. The line starts moving a bit but then the agent yells out "Zone 1 only at this time". All of the people at the front and probably 80% in whole line are of course zone 2, and this is a small gate area. The agent asks them to step aside, some move to the left and some to the right and there is hardly any room so those of us in Z1 get to bump and push through a human slalom course of dozens of people to board the plane.
Z2 people I know you pay a lot for that premium credit card but I spend 200K miles with my ... in a seat every year and according to Air Canada's rules I get to board first and stow my stuff and put on my noise canceling headphones so I can ignore all of you while you board. So how about you take a seat and line up when Z2 is called instead of elk-ing up the entire ....ing boarding area and making the boarding process even more miserable than it is already.
Amen.
Same thing yesterday D36 YYZ for AC 604 to YHZ. Just brutal.
