Historically they have sent gold cards via 1 or 2 day Fedex, and recently I have consistently been able to get the card number instantly to put into Google/Apple Waller and be able to use online.
Yes if you got a Biz Plat offer you could apply for it as well. They are different products. Just read the offer language closely to be sure.
