You most likely need to use a new MAC address so it looks like a new device. I'd try forgetting the Unitedwifi.com network on the phone and then joining it again.
Forgetting unitedwifi won’t generate new MAC address. Will try toggling on/off private MAC, but wondering if there’s a cookie stores instead.
