New data point on domestic Delta portal bookings. Book Day. Simple round trip itinerary via the portal, flight showed up in my app on Delta.com right after booking, as they have in the past, so I thought all was good. Find out today that there's a schedule change, received zero notification from Chase travel at all, but when I go on the app or the website for Delta, it will not let me make any changes or even acknowledge the schedule change, stating I have to go through whoever it was booked with..

As recent as last April, I had a portal book flight and was able to make all the necessary changes through the Delta app after my flight was rescheduled and then later eventually canceled.

I'm very not happy about this, had I not looked on my own I would have received zero notification from Chase travel if there was a change at all. Now I'm thinking if there's another change closer to the day of travel I'm going to be completely out of luck. The whole reason I was comfortable booking Delta domestic through the portal was because in the past I was able to make IRROPS related changes directly through Delta. Unclear why this is different now
