I really don't understand why on the longer services meaning particularly DUB, AMS, ARN, OSL and HEL there are now no pre-meal drinks offered and no coffee and tea afterwards but the absence of this is now the norm to a point where it must be a laid down service standard because 100% of crews cannot be just refusing to do it.

It is a big fall in service and even in Plus which is not business, SAS offer pre-meal drinks even on short sectors and definitely to ATH, EI of course offer nothing but AY, BA and KL are doing better than A3. It was never thus.
