I prefer row 2. Row 1 is never my favourite with the screen on the wall, and row 3 is too close to steerage (with my preference for aisle seats and the offset aisle in J vs Y it can feel like you’re on display until the curtain closes).

as for view, the right side usually faces downtown Toronto and the CN tower, but that is wind direction dependent.
