Does anybody have a proposal for a reliable and cost-efficient way to contact MU's customer service number (+86 21 95530) from Europe? My phone provider wants to charge €2/minute. Per #8, Skype calling doesn't work. My flight (MU6015 PVG-DPS 27DEC) has been cancelled, their customer service hotline seems to be the only way to rebook/refund, and I am not looking to potentially rack up a huge phone bill Thanks in advance!
