Comments: Comp Room booked for me as a part of work. Called in to add my bonvoy number to the reservation, and to my surprise was upgraded to the Presidential Suite. The Suite was located in the historic wing of the hotel, which was a converted grist mill. Brick walls and exposed beams but everything else was modern, with a massive bathroom in a bi-level suite. Hotel also has an M club, which had happy hour 7 nights a week with free beer and wine, and hors d'oeuvres M-F in a really great space. Breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and consisted of a buffet with 8 or 9 hot options (bacon, and two types of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and two types of potatoes) but nothing cook to order. Only downfall (and kind of a big one) is that the hotel is next to a railroad track in the downtown area, and in the two nights I stayed I was awoken 3 times by loud train horns. They do provide ear plugs but I can't sleep with them in.
