Sorry...

The old GUFT (gold upgrade for two) and new E-Vouchers are valid for one or two passengers on the same flight. If they are only used for 1 passenger, it cannot be used at a later time. If two passengers are using a GUFT/E-Voucher, they must travel on the exact same flights or the upgrade is void.

Look at it as 1 upgrade for no more than two pax on the same itinerary.
