If you don't make the $818 MQDs required to re-earn Silver for 2024, you will rollover zero MQMs into next year. The MQM rollover program only applies to those who at least earn Silver Medallion status for the following program year (your current status for this year has no bearing). If you earn the required $818 MQDs by the end of this year, you will earn Silver status for 2024 program year and you will rollover any MQMs in excess of the 25K MQMs required for Silver status (currently 29K MQMs with a 54K MQM balance). Those 29K rollover MQMs can be converted to MQDs (at 10:1) or redeemable miles (at 2:1) next year (or you can split the conversion between the two in 25% increments).
