I had a business class flight with Air China that was incorrectly credited as discount economy a month after the flight. I've been trying to get CX to fix the issue for nearly three months with no success. It's apparently stuck in a loop where they ask Air China for the miles but Air China obviously comes back saying that it's already been credited (just incorrectly).
