Hi everyone - back for another stopover question. I’m trying to book a PEK-HND-LAX ticket with both segments in J and a stopover in Tokyo for 3 days. I see J availability when searching for each of the segments separately on Alaska, but nothing when putting them together into a multi-city search. Is there anything I’m missing here?
Looks like a system bug. It does not seem to show any PEK-LAX on JL even without a stopover. You won't be able to book this until either they fix the bug (don't hold your breath), or you call in and get an agent to manually book it, which will likely require someone at the partner desk and probably a partner desk supervisor.
