With that said, do you have any recommendations for wine sellers that sell drinkable (doesn’t have to be super fancy) wine at reasonable cost without the hassle of subscriptions that need to be canceled?
I don't do subscriptions through these offers, too much hassle, but I do take advantage when there is a 2000+ miles for a one time $150 purchase at Macyswine or marthasteward wine which are both I think through laithewines. But also only when those sites have bogo and similar sales too. I find that if I stick to Spanish and South American reds above the 10 $ mark, I get good enough quality for 10 to 15 bucks a bottle. They aren't great, but drinkable, for me. Better than the complimentary Admirals Club wine anyways.
