Properties branded as Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy don't exist anywhere yet. The brand was just announced. Now Marriott needs to get developers involved.

One of the bullets at the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy webpage is "Primarily franchise model (North America) / managed model available," so there's no reason to believe these won't exist in the US.
