The experience by itself is nice, but not worth going out and back again or any extra hassle like that...... However, stretching your legs & getting some movement in, yes, I would in your case with so much time on your hands... That and checking out every nook and cranny in the airport and visiting different lounges. Personally, I cant say in any 1 spot for very long, so it's an easy answer for me.
