Nothing like it in terms of seats at all. In fact, I sat next to a lady travelling back from ARN in the week who decided not to eat. She also asked for water only when the bar service came around. Made me think....what is she getting from CE? No meal, no drink (just water), same seat as economy.

I honestly think some people book 'business' with BA thinking it's going to be a step up and a much better seat and find it's no different from economy.
