Got the voucher at airport during check-in. Go through immigration without problems. Important note, make sure you have the connecting flight BP with you. The couple in front of us got turned around with the voucher in hand. Later we figure out at the check in airport they didn't print us the connecting flight BP. Lucky I did OLCI and I have a printed copy.

Walked pass luggage pickup. Go through x-ray for carryon. Then there is a desk with red carpet. They stamp the voucher and direct you to shuttle bus outside.

Once arrived at the hotel, they collected our passports and voucher. Seated in lobby for almost 40 minutes before getting our room key.

Got meal vouchers for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

For lunch & dinner, you have a choice of 'international' buffet at ADD restaurant on main floor. Or the Ethiopian Ta'em cultural restaurant one level down for 3-course set menu/buffet.

So for lunch, we decided to try the Ethiopian food. But the person in charge keep trying to send us upstairs for 'international food'. But I insisted and point out on the voucher this is the restaurant. Eventually get served. But I can't hear her explanation because of loud music, only main course will be served. Frankly, it's plenty of food, so it's ok.
