I was there yesterday at 9:30pm (Saturday). It wasn't staffed then although you can go and have a look inside. I was specifically looking for it but I was a bit underwhelmed by the whole thing and more perplexed by it after actually seeing it. Most things seemed to be sold out and you had to scan the qr code. The Christmas tree just outside of it is magical on the other hand.
