The hotel has the possibility to override the automatic no-show which ist done at or around 02:30 am - I sometimes book the night before for an early morning arrival for flights to Asia or the UAE as I wanted to have a room right after arrival and not rely on available rooms. I always contact the hotel ahead by e-Mail and ask for confirmation and let them know my flight times.
rom my understanding talking to the agent at the Hilton Garden Inn Singapore this could be a bit tricky. I might help, if you charged something to your room during your stay (but this is not my experience, though I was told that this should somehow override the systems no-show setting)
Only once I was a no-show, but this could be adjusted by sending them my invoice for the whole stay including charges to my room.
