Hi all,

Have been trying to redeem an ET flight with Lifemiles for the past couple of weeks -- the seats were showing in the Lifemiles app / website, but every time I went to book I would get an error. Called in and they mentioned there is an issue with all ET awards which they are not sure when will be fixed...

From about 2 days ago now seems like they have removed all ET availability from the search engine. Anyone else facing the same issue and is this likely to come back soon? Can still see the seats on Aeroplan for example.
