Used the new facial system at AUS yesterday. It took pic then asked me to insert travel docs, which were rejected multiple times before finally getting red notice to see an agent. Minimal line and agent scanned my face with his device and waved me through, saying that the scanners sometimes do this. Really glad to have GE since regular lines were loooong!
I arrived in DFW in August and facial system was faultless and through in less than 20 seconds.
