It shows how quickly things can change for my upcoming flight on BA195 to IAH the aircraft has changed from 777W to 777-300ER with the original 14 seat first class cabin. I have found that this happens frequently on the IAH route at short notice and whilst no real impact for those in F with the exception of the older seat for those in CW and WT this has an impact as no Club Suite and then for WT the config changes from 10 across to 9 across. There can't be many of the old config left now so they seem to mainly be showing up on the IAH route at this time before it goes to 789 at the end of November.
