It is available on all daytime flights also on A330. Aircraft type does not matter - it matters if it is a daytime flight or not. (Plus it must be longer than 7 hours - otherwise you get medium-haul service concept).
My flight from IST to MEX was on 787, no cart service, I guess because it's a night flight then. To be honest, I don't think cart service or not is a big deal. I am usually half full after visiting lounge and by the time the inflight dessert comes, I am already overflow.
