Not much information at the moment. I can only find that it'll be close to Baros Maldives, on a reclaimed/artificial island with its own lagoon. The owner is Chip Eng Seng, they also own the nearby Grand Park Kodhipparu and the (hopefully) upcoming Hyatt Regency Adelaide.
