Ignore all the nonsense you have been told. In oneworld, it is the marketing carrier which determines earnings on other oneworld carriers. The marketing carrier is the 2 letter carrier code preceeding the flight number.

For your itinerary, refer to the earning chart in Mileage Plan for AA marketed flights with AA flight numbers. Look for the booking class of your flight. In this case I & J

The AY marketed & operated flight is an AY prime flight number. AY is the marketing carrier even if AA sold you the segment. This is called plating. Refer to the AY chart in Mileage Plan for AY marketed flights. Again, look for the booking class of your flight. In this case Y.

AA I earns 150% EQM
AA J earns 200% EQM
AY Y earns 100% EQM

Segment 1: 5614 × 1.5 = 8421 EQM/RDM
Segment 2: 1239 × 1.0 = 1239 EQM/RDM
Segment 3: 505 × 2.0 = 1010 EQM/RDM
Segment 4: 5456 × 1.5 = 8184 EQM/RDM

Total 18,854 EQM/RDM.

If you have any AS Elite status, the Elite benefit of additional redeemable miles will be in addition to this.
