I had heard there was a severe staffing issue upon opening but the occupancy and restaurant bookings had been limited for that reason. This was 2 months ago and I am hoping the staffing issues are resolved if I do keep my upcoming reservation.

i don’t think a true travel professional has much to gain by misrepresenting a property when there are other expensive properties nearby that are mostly still solid choices for the average upscale client.
