I applied for the Global Entry Program (GEP) on the CBP website on November 4, 2023. However, I have not received any email from the passport admin regarding my GES/GOES application ID, even after two weeks. I have checked my spam folder and verified that I provided my correct email address.

I have read on this forum that in some cases it may take up to six weeks or even four months to receive the email with the GES/GOES application ID. Is this normal?
