Once again, 100% of my ecredits this year, and some last year too, that were been booked on a fare, cancelled and then later applied to a new fare do not give the right MQD.
Yesterday's example. Had 2 eCredits that were over $500 in value. Booked a new fare, base value $486. Flew and DL credit me $380 or something MQD which I think was probably 1 of the ecredits initial fare values.
Send in a ticket to the text line and get the standard 'wait 7 days' reply. Frustrating.
