When using a Barclays upgrade voucher, is it possible to travel in different cabins in the outbound and return?

Website only gives options to travel in the same cabin, ideally I'd use the voucher to Upgrade from Economy - PE on the outbound and PE - Business in the return.

Anyone done this successfully by phoning?
