My guess is because of the time you checked in, your initial reservation was either cancelled by the property or went to no show status. When you checked in at 6am, you were treated as a walk in guest which would have generated an entirely new confirmation number. Especially if you checked out the same day (i.e. before 11am or Noon), you did a zero night day use stay. Not uncommon in my experience for a day use stay to not process automatically. You should be able to reach out to HH and take care of this.
