I had booked a Hilton property to check-in to after returning from an evening event.
That evening event rumbled on and I in fact checked in at around 6AM.
Anyway, I have not received Hilton Honors night or stay credit. Even although I emailed ahead and asked them to guarantee my room for late check-in. Indeed, the stay does not even appear on stay history (but appears as a cancelled stay). Not only that but the receipt I received, whilst stating my Honors membership number and Diamond status, is for a different confirmation number to that I received when I booked.
Should I still be able to get stay and night credit? Is the position, still as stated in previous posts (
Arrival / Check-in past midnight)
Any help would be appreciated.
