I stayed at this hotel when I was gold . It is conveniently located right in front of the train station, allowing easy access to transportation. Initially, I booked a twin guest room, the cheapest option. However, through the app chat, I was upgraded to a twin park room and later to an executive room upon request.

Check-in was smooth, with early access to the room at 11 am. I also requested a King bed instead of twin beds, and this was accommodated without issue. The room was modern and clean. The executive lounge was well-appointed and not overly crowded, even with the hotel nearing full capacity due to multiple conferences. It offered soft drinks, coffee, tea, and light snacks throughout the day, as well as a selection of drinks and evening meals, including salads, a couple of hot items, and desserts.

For breakfast, I found the main restaurant offered a better experience, although it was quite busy. My request for a late check-out was denied, but I was allowed continued access to the lounge.
