Good luck with that. Cathay's IT has been notorious for about the last 15 years for total and utter incompetence. The fact that you are being hit by an app last updated in 2019 just about sums it up.

At some point around 2005-2008 Cathay/Swire decided that IT and Customer Service were two of the areas that they would give to the lowest bidder, with only the most minimal regard to competence.
