A co-worker and I drove out to Eastern Colorado this afternoon and stopped by a restaurant/bar called Oscar's in Limon for dinner.

We started with the jumbo fried tater tots:

Tots covered in green chili & cheese blend and served over rice


I had the penne pasta with chicken.
