If I may dissent. As lounges go, this one is newer, cleaner, and has a cool cool $15K coffee machine. There are little snacks during the day and little noshes at night. Lots of comfy places to sit and plug in and work. Breakfast is delicious and of high quality but repetitive. But miles better than breakfast at home.
And I find the lounge deficient compared to others in the area, in terms of offerings and environment. But it depends upon what one looks for in a lounge. SOMA is comfortable but very spartan and uninteresting.
Agree with most of the rest of your assessment.
