Hotel Indigo Napa Valley tried to argue that the breakfast benefit was a one-time thing during a multi-night stay. I told them to re-read their rules. I didnt need the other breakfast as we were on the road before we wanted to eat anyway, but I am happy to name shame them as it shouldnt be my job to explain the rules. Especially after almost 2 years of this new diamond policy.
With the impending Diamond purge on January 1st, property owner panic should subside and the breakfast issue should become less contentious.
