Meal choices were beef short rib, ravioli, chicken salad or charcuterie plate. I had the "short rib." It was probably the most disgusting thing Delta has ever served me. The beef was thin slices of highly overcooked meat, and I have no idea if they were short ribs. I could not eat the sawdust. On the side was a very small and good enough salad, and a Mexican-style cake (think sweet bread). This flight keeps the same crew who just land for an hour and then turn around, so I would imagine they could double cater if they want to? But clearly they went with super gross PVR food.
Yeah, I'm never a fan of the PVR catering. I usually try to eat something before the flight, but I'm only LAX so not as long of a flight either...
