Missing points transfer to Aeroplan
I transferred points last night; used UR instead of MR because all the blogs say they are instantaneous. But it's been over 12 hours and the points have not been received. Chase confirmed the account was correct, and said it "usually" is instantaneous but things can go wrong and it can take up to 7 days. Meanwhile of course my tickets will be gone. Aeroplan won't connect me to a rep; says they're too busy and to call back later.
Anybody heard of issues with points transfers recently? Once it's gone wrong is it likely to take days? Any thoughts about what i could do that I haven't tried?
