To update: I shot off an email to SimplyMiles a couple of days ago and this morning they posted the 8k miles I was missing along with, somewhat bizarrely, a bunch of the Citi offers credits. Fairly certain t&c's say its one or the other but I have had them stack before, mysurprise is that the back end looks like its operated by the same team so surprised they let the stacking go through.
