Am I the only one who sees the malevolent hand of Sara Nelson in this?

This probably won't change much for international flights, where FAs frequently shut down service 45 minutes to an hour before landing. But it will provide FAs with an excuse to provide Zero service on 2-hour flights.

It always amazes me how Swiss, Thai, and Singapore FAs can serve an entire meal with drink refills and hot rolls in two hours, but United can barely disburse a few cups of water in that time.
