The staff at the Premier lobby are utterly incompetent. And the exit feeds to the general security line, not a special one. And you still have to walk a bit to Pre Check. If not checking bags, wouldn't bother with it and go straight to Pre Check.
Thanks for confirming -- The signs there said it was leading to Precheck -- but it did lead to the regular security line. Nevertheless, it was FAR faster - and shorter - than
any of the other lines at EWR-A (3 pe
ple ahead of us vs long long lines at both Precheck & CLEAR).
