Ouch, I would always leave a night's sleep en-route for an itinerary like that. Or if not possible then certainly some restful days at the destination!

EASA flight crew duty limits and acclimatisation rules provide a reasonable set of guidelines, I find. Reading material that will easily send one to the land of nod
