I definitely visited the cockpit of my last flight on a 747... which was also my first time flying on the top deck of a 747. I was in my late 30s. The pilots were super cool!

I knocked on the door, and said, "excuse me gentlemen, I know it's normally kids that visit cockpits, but I waited my whole life to be on top deck of a 747 and I'd love to get a picture in here." The Captain said "yeah, so did I!" He then told me to sit in his seat, and he took a picture of me with my hands on the yoke and the engine controls.

Still one of my favorite pictures, and still one of my favorite experiences on a plane.
